The following basic terms govern your use of, and purchase of, products from our website, www.xoticgear.com. Please note that your use of our website constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms.
【General】
Terms are subject to change without notification at our discretion at any time. Your use of our website following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed.
【Delivery】
All purchases from the website will be shipped as soon as possible. Usually items will ship within 3 days of purchase. Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for delivery. If you still have not received your purchase at that time, please contact us at xoticgear@gmail.com .
Economy air delivery is available for orders of 6 pieces or less. In some countries, tracking may not be available on Economy air delivery.
Please note, if you select Economy air delivery, we will not accept refund requests that due to delivery issues.
【Shipping & handling charges】
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when both the destination and delivery service are selected. You may be required to pay duties and taxes on your purchase when it arrives in the destination country, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Please check the customs duty threshold of the country you are sending your items to, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
【Product availability】
Your purchase from the website does not guarantee product delivery. Although availability may be indicated on the website, we cannot guarantee product availability, and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. You will be notified if there are any subsequent problems with your order and a full refund will be available.
【Return policy】
1. We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
2. The product should be unworn, in the new condition, with the tag attached and with the original packaging.
3. The buyer will be responsible for any return and exchange shipping costs.
4. Original shipping costs will be deducted once we proceed with the refund for a returned package.
5. Please clearly mark the package 'returned goods', to avoid any customs charges. Xotic gear is not responsible for any return custom charges incurred.
6. Please contact xoticgear@gmail.com prior to any return and exchange.
After we receive the return package, you will be refunded the full amount of the product returned. It will take 5-10 business days for the refund to post to your account. For any returned or exchanged items, we do not refund the cost of shipping of your original order.
【Colors】
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
